31 Faces of Fear: Finn Bálor, The Demon King

For the month of October, we are going to run through some of our favorite wrestlers that inspire fear in their competitors and fans alike.

There’s two Finn Bálors.  First, there’s the one who wears the cool leather jacket.  He’s the one who was the longest reigning NXT Champion and first Universal Champion.

How did he do it?  He did it with the second Finn Bálor.  The second one is a Demon and a King.  When a feud is at its height, he summons him.  He slithers to the ring covered in red and black demon hell mouth paint, looking vaguely like Venom from Spiderman.  Or maybe he looks like Leatherface or Jack the Ripper.  He brings out more intensity and plays a little bit of mind games with his opponents.  It normally works.

The Demon King appears very rarely.  When he does, it’s something special.  Here’s my favorite one.
